A really exciting opening from one of London's best restaurateurs. These guys know what they are doing when it comes to big and bold flavours and this is their newest site, specialising in cooking over charcoal. They have a fab drinks list to pair, a specialised wine menu that goes so well with their vibrant food. Not only is it delicious, but the interiors are super chic, gorgeous, and the informal but detailed service is impeccable.

We are looking for an AGM, who loves service, wants to lead the team from the front and support the GM. Ideal for those looking for their first AGM role, you just need to be ready to learn and prepared to lead the team during busy shifts. This place does lots of volume, and we need someone who adores service and guest interaction, but who can also motivate the team, and make them feel comfortable. You will work 45 hours a week, have a mixture of days and evenings, and only do 1 double a week. A passion for wines and spirits is needed, someone who loves pairing is ideal. The group offers WSET training, which we also love.
