THE COMPANY

A truly beautiful restaurant and event space led by wonderful, nurturing and progressive female owners. The diverse seasonal & veg-centric menus showcase the wonderful produce from their family farms. This is a big, busy & multi-faceted space, with a bookable mezzanine for large groups, a large main restaurant with open kitchen, as well as a retail space selling gorgeous homewares. This loved and respected business is looking for a Bar Manager experienced in looking after GP's, cocktail development and running a busy bar as well as serving tables in a busy restaurant space.

THE JOB

The ideal person is an experienced Bar Manager with a passion for creating cocktails with a sustainable focus, expertise in spirits and natural wines and experience in running a busy bar in a guest focused and quality driven restaurant. This is a multi faceted space, so you'll be involved in serving the lounge area, events and serving tables in the restaurant. You'll be comfortable with the financial side, monitoring and maintaining GPs and committed to fostering a positive work environment. You will be a confident and progressive, forward thinking manager with great organisational skills and a love for sharing your expertise with the team.

THE HOURS

This is a 45 hour week role, with a mix of day and evening shifts including 1 - 1.5 admin shifts per week.
