THE JOB
We are excited to be working with this very beautiful & chic restaurant, loved by arts, fashion and industry folk alike. This restaurant has an almost all-female leadership team and their food champions simplicity, carefully executed, and allowing the truly excellent ingredients to sing alongside an exciting and unique wine list. 

We are looking for a Junior Sous to join this close knit kitchen team, ideally with experience in quality restaurant kitchens and importantly someone who shares their values around creating happy, supported teams and a lovely, caring and creative environment to work in. The wonderful Head Chef is always open to ideas and collaboration on ongoing menu development. They take a lot of care and pride in staff food, theirs discounts on dining in, cost price wine and team trips aplenty. 
 
THE HOURS 
This is a 45 hour per week role typically across 4 days, they're closed on Sundays, and open for lunch and dinner Monday - Saturday so you'll get a nice mix of shifts from Monday - Sunday.
