This stunning restaurant and wine bar has been open for a few months now and is rapidly gaining a serious reputation amongst the industry and with its faithful locals. The chef here has serious pedigree having worked with several hospo greats and makes stunning plates with thoughtfully sourced produce and a light touch when it comes to technique. The space is really beautiful and with the co-owner’s design background there are lots of exciting upcoming collaborations and events.
  
With a really successful opening and some pretty impressive industry accolades too the owner is now looking for a strong sous to join the team and help him run the business. The owner is looking for a real partner here, someone to grow with the business and support their ultimate growth plans. As the business grows it would be ideal if this person were to develop into a head chef role; so finding someone with a similar approach to both cooking and team management would be ideal. The team here is very caring and warm and the owners and management team lead with empathy and kindness.
