This beautiful and PAINFULLY cool modern seafood bistro in the heart of Shoreditch is going to be a huge hit. We cannot get enough of the details we are seeing so far, beautifully simple but executed with elegance, the produce is doing all of the talking.
  
We have introduced the rest of the senior team here and we are looking for the final piece of the puzzle for the opening. They are looking for a GM who gets the concept, loves the product, collaborates well with the owners and Head Chef and is confident to lead the team to success over the opening period and beyond.
  
We cannot get enough of the hype surrounding this opening and are looking for someone who shares our excitement.
