The Job 

A beautiful business serving up some of London's most loved dishes & bakery items. This is a small independent group that values nurturing and developing their teams and who have proudly served food & drink to an excellent standard for some time now. They are known for their excellent culture, product, industry reputation, their design and their strength of leadership.

You will be overseeing their current sites which includes restaurants, bakery and as well as a CPU and you will be fully responsible for growing all aspects of the business moving forward. 

The ideal person will have strong experience as an Operations Manager or Director in a multi-site business. Their wholesale offering is a key part of their plan for growing the business and so experience in this area would be ideal. You will be an incredibly effective communicator and very commercially strong, as you will need to be confident with financial planning and strategic decision making. This is perfect for a very strong and well rounded operations director with experience in wholesale and a multi-site background, with a breadth of skills as you will look after the finance, HR and facilities teams as well as working alongside the owner.
