We were so proud to introduce a GM to this renowned and already massively loved exciting project. She is looking for a number two to join her at this intimate wine bar and restaurant in Stroud, Gloucestershire. This pretty special place serves exceptional wines alongside locally sourced and privately grown produce to the locals. Having had rave reviews since opening, from some of the country's best critics, this is just going from strength to strength. 

We think a lovely, experienced AM or supervisor looking for a nicer slower pace of life, and wanting supportive and experienced owners and peers will love this job. Natural wine knowledge is a must, if you love your wines and have worked as a somm or in the wine trade this also could be great for you.
