This stunning restaurant and wine bar has been open for a few months now and is rapidly gaining a serious reputation amongst the industry and with it’s faithful locals. The chef here has serious pedigree having worked with several hospo greats and makes stunning plates with thoughtfully sourced produce and a light touch when it comes to technique. The space is really beautiful and with the co-owners design background there are lots of exciting upcoming collaborations and events.
  
This role has a strong emphasis on leading the team and services but of course you'll have some involvement in the behind the scenes admin. We've known the manager for quite some time and really rate them. The service here is detailed-oriented but super relaxed in style and the team work collaboratively across all roles so you’ll be happy running a section, working the door, serving wine or managing the floor. You’ll love connecting with guest and be excited to continue to build the reputation of the restaurant through genuine guest interactions and an emphasis on team training. The restaurant is open 7 days, except for Sunday evening so there’s a lot of flexibility on the rota as well as the option to work 4 days if it suits you better.
