WHO ARE THEY?
Neighbourhood wine bar and restaurant in a beautiful and thoughtfully designed space. Owner operated, serving a frequently changing selection of low intervention and biodynamic wines from small producers. The food is seasonally driven and offers a selection of snacks, small plates and larger plates. This is a very warm, calm and welcoming space that brings a friendly and slick experience for guests.
THE JOB
We are looking for an ambitious Chef who is Senior CDP or Sous Chef level to lead the kitchen at this gorgeous low intervention wine bar and restaurant, there is lots of support in this role from the brilliant owners who are super hands on particularly with lots of the admin side. The perfect person is someone who loves creating new dishes, working with great ingredients and who is experienced in running a well organised kitchen. Ideal for someone keen to learn and grow in their role, a real self-starter, who is passionate about sharing their skills and knowledge with the team.
THE HOURS
This is a full time 45 hour per week role, open Weds – Sun, no late nights.
