One of the loveliest restaurants around and one that we know from the inside too! A bit of an institution with an amazing and long-standing team. The hierarchy here is pretty collaborative so creative input is definitely up for grabs. You’ll be working with some of the best produce around so you should have good knowledge of drinks from around the world. The ideal person will enjoy sharing their knowledge with some of the more junior members of the team but also be keen to learn more themselves. Cocktail knowledge is a bit of a must here so you should be comfortable working with the classics.
The restaurant itself has a global reputation for excellence and you’ll be working somewhere that produces the most wonderful food as well as having a killer wine list. Collaboration is key in this restaurant and you’ll work closely with the FOH team as well as the wine team. There are occasionally off-site events too so it would be great if you were keen to get involved in these. There’s brilliant work-life balance here too and the option to work paid overtime shifts. The restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings and for the whole festive period! I think it’s a real gem and I absolutely loved working there.
