We're excited to be supporting with this project. A creative owner with some excellent ideas to bring to this South London neighbourhood. This spot will be open all day with a light but quality focused day offering, serving some of the most delicious seasonal food. With ambitions to provide an amazing space for locals that will also draw in those from further afield this is a truly exciting project to be a part of.

  
Creativity and collaboration drive this this project so you’ll be an experienced leader and used to bringing teams together. You’ll also be organised and systematic in your approach as there may well be multiple aspects of the business under your control. What is key, is a desire to lead from the front and get stuck into helping shape this project and strive for a high standard of service. This will be a busy launch and you will be spending a lot of time leading from the floor, however there are a lot of plans for this start up, so you can expect to split your time across multiple facets of the business and be strategic in your approach to support the owner with their growth plans.
