This is such an exciting opportunity for chefs of all levels that would be interested in cooking in the most beautiful and remote spots the British Isles has to offer! Originally a re-wilding project that has now grown into a really diverse business that offers a wide-variety of guest experiences from hotels and self-catering chalets to private hire venues and interactive cookery classes. You’ll get the opportunity to work across the different venues at the business and gain skills in all areas of their offering. You’ll get to explore the beautiful local countryside on your days off too. The venues are quite far from each other and pretty remote so you’ll need to be able to drive
  
This place is all about quality and the team here are passionate about using the best ingredients available to them locally and nationally and forging the strongest partnerships with their suppliers to. A lot of the chefs here have Michelin or fine-fining experience but this is by no means essential. You must be passionate about achieving the best quality with a constant desire to learn. There are always opportunities for new partnerships and ways of doing things so a creative-mindset is encouraged too.
  
The nature of this job means that you may have a longer stint of shifts depending on the level and type of bookings. Currently the contracted hours are 48 but they are working to bring this down to a 40 hour a week contract.
