THE JOB

We’re looking for a General Manager for an industry leading cocktail bar in East that has received excellent critical acclaim since opening. They are keen to continue pushing things forward and building on their success and are now looking for a strong GM to help shape the future of this exciting and well-renowned cocktail bar.

They have an excellent creative team who develop their thoughtful beverage programme, you will work collaboratively with the team to deliver their seasonal menus while looking after GP, efficiency and have a keen eye on the commercial side. The perfect manager is someone who loves excellent restaurants and bars, with strong leadership skills as well as excellent back office skills, financial acumen, and motivated to build on and develop their current offering. You will also be a progressive and collaborative manager who loves to encourage and inspire the team.
  
THE HOURS

This bar is open 7 days per week, with 12pm / 1pm closes. This is a 48 hour week role, with 2 admin shifts per week.
