This pub group is known for its gorgeous food, focused around local and regenerative farming. The menus are stunning, and they now have a few pubs in London, some in the countryside and lots more plans to grow! They have such a great ethos, they work only with farms who promote biodiversity and are local to the community. We love this group, it’s the coolest pub group around, fantastic drinks, fantastic wines, gorge interiors, it just doesn’t get any better.
We are looking for Head Chefs who are experienced in cooking at large volumes, are passionate about British produce, like to cook seasonally and are keen to learn more about regenerative farming. You will head up one of the sites, develop the menu and work alongside the lovely exec chef. You don’t need to have been a head chef before, but at least 2 years as a sous in a busy place. 48 hours a week, mixture of shifts, and you will be paid overtime for any additional shifts. This is so exciting for someone who wants to grow and work at a mega influential pub, work with the coolest people in the industry and focus on produce led cooking.
