THE COMPANY

A truly beautiful restaurant and event space, seeking a new Reception Manager. This Central London spot is led by wonderful, nurturing and progressive female owners. The diverse seasonal & veg-centric menus showcase the wonderful produce from their family farms. This is a big, busy & multi-faceted space, with a bookable mezzanine for large groups, a large main restaurant with open kitchen, as well as a retail space selling gorgeous homewares. This highly loved and respected business is looking for a real proactive self-starter, experienced with managing booking systems and running service in a busy restaurant space.

THE JOB

We are looking for someone with previous experience with SevenRooms and front of house management to bring a very warm welcome to guests at the restaurant. This could be an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in service looking for more of a focus on hosting and reservations. The ideal person will be confident, charismatic and chatty as well as organised and experienced in using reservations systems in a busy restaurant setting to maximise capacity. Your role will include welcoming guests, looking after bookings, responding to customer emails and running service.

THE HOURS

This is a 45 hour week role, with a mix of day and evening shifts.
