This amazing place is one of the busiest spots in London and this venue certainly fits that vibe. Always buzzing with major queues forming every day, this is a much-loved place that has a reputation for the best food…as well as some killer drinks! There’s no tables here and it’s take-away only so if you’ve got experience of food stalls or even come from a QSR background this could be ideal for you.
You’ll be working directly with the GM to help manage the business so you’ll be organised and systematically minded. The current GM will be moving on to open the next site but is a wealth of knowledge so there’s lots of opportunity to learn if there are some things you haven’t done before. The Head Chef splits their time between production, development and service so this is a great opportunity for a hungry chef that’s keen to learn. The most important thing here is that you’ll fit well with this team and thrive in a buzzy and bustling environment. Ideally you’ll have experience of cost control, H&S compliance, a systematic mindset and a desire to learn and progress. Oh yes, and if you speak Spanish that would be the actual dream!
