This is the iconic Michelin starred restaurant from one of the most respected groups in London. They are some of the most culture focused people in the industry, we love working with them and love finding them great people. This restaurant is simple in its design, no white tablecloths or any of that, but still holds its place as one of the most regarded restaurants in our city, they got their star a year after opening, and have retained it ever since. Focusing on produce, working with the greatest suppliers, they create delicate and beautiful modern European tasting menus. Aside from the restaurant itself, the group offers incredible perks such as 65% off wine, and plenty more.

We are looking for a Head Chef to cover maternity leave, for up to 1 year. Ideally you would be able to start in July, and take over the helm of the kitchen in August. You would ideally have come from a fine dining background, or have worked in a restaurant holding a Michelin star, but its not essential. All we are looking for is an excellent chef, a warm, progressive and natural leader, who is forward thinking and can join this lovely lovely group. The restaurant is closed Sundays and Mondays so you would have set days off every week, we know how important Sundays off are!
