This evolving food led lifestyle brand is opening its new flagship site in an iconic Central London building. Resurrected by its current owner, a series of successful pop ups have made all this possible! The concept is authentic, honest and wholesome Chinese style home cooking, with lots of innovation. The location will have a bar, a PDR and a beautiful dining room. Set to open in Summer 2025!
We are looking for an opening Head Chef to work alongside the fantastic owner, develop seasonal menus, build a strong team and manage the kitchen daily. You will have needed to be in a similar senior role for at least 2 years, Chinese cooking experience not necessary but would be fab. You must have a serious passion for food, creativity and innovation. You’ll be responsible for all back office tasks and overseeing budgets and GP and labour costs, so a good understanding of that is needed.
