THE JOB

An elegant and intimate seaside hotel, refurbished to create an inviting and luxurious contemporary feel. We are looking for a creative Head Chef to lead the team and run the kitchen in the hotel's restaurant - serving seasonal Mediterranean cooking using the absolute best produce that the local area has to offer.
