This much loved and queue-worthy offering is looking for a kitchen manager for their bustling site in central London. This place is small but perfectly formed and you will be cooking for guests in a beautiful open space. The food is the star of the show here, offering people fresh, high quality and seasonal options for breakfast or lunch. This is not all eggs/brunch vibes, its way more than that, so as a chef, you will not compromise on the style of food for moving to a daytime operation.
The brand is also very cool and they need a Kitchen Manager who is as comfortable running a service as they are managing H&S or cost control. The menu is pretty established but you will have flexibility to decide on which much-loved dishes get to be on the menu at any time. It is a loving, warm, people focused business who have incredible length of service. This role would suit a strong senior CDP or junior Sous that is comfortable with the administrative aspects of management, keen to learn more in their next role and looking for a better working week. You would work closely with the Ops Manager to hone your management knowledge and skills and you would have dedicated admin time too.
