THE JOB
We're thrilled to be working with this brilliant well-loved small pub group, the owners are such lovely people and very involved in the business. Their flagship pub is launching a food offering for the first time ever after building a new kitchen for the site. This role is perfect either for a first Head Chef role as there is plenty of support with all the BOH admin and it is a small team, or even for someone who is ready to step up to an Exec role in the next year, as there is the opportunity to develop into an exec role for the group in the near future.
Importantly, the ideal person is a creative chef with a background in excellent restaurants who is used to cooking seasonally and working with brilliant ingredients. The concept for the food menu is to create something really exciting and enticing to the local area, driven by working with excellent seasonal British produce and drawing inspiration from some of London's best British restaurants. They have excellent staff retention throughout the business and we are looking for someone caring and progressive who shares their ethos around positive company culture.
They are open 7 days for lunch and dinner, so you'll work a mix of shifts during and it's a 48 hour per week role.
