• An admin focused role. They need someone who is strong with systems, can focus mainly on the H&S, GP, Rotas, recruitment, team morale, training etc. They can focus the other management on service.
• Due to open in the coming weeks, they need someone ready for a challenge and able to lead the team and implement all they ned to be successful.

  
This beautiful new restaurant opens soon in Shoreditch and will serve quite an under represented cuisine in London. The owners are established restauranteurs with a good reputation and a good understanding of where they would like the business to go. They are looking for a GM who has worked in a busy restaurant and can lead the team successfully, take care of people well and work with the team to deliver an excellent opening and beyond.
The role will be more focused on overseeing the running of the entire operation, so more back office focused. They need someone experienced and strong on commercials, creating budgets, writing effective rotas, maintaining a good GP, training the team well, having great inductions. They would prefer to have the rest of the management team to focus on the day to day running of service. They know the importance of the back office being perfect and so need someone exited by that side, as well as just running the floor.
This would suit a GM or AGM from a quality focused restaurant in the UK and someone who is compassionate, warm and confident in all areas of back office management.
