WHO ARE THEY?

Neighbourhood wine bar and restaurant in a beautiful and thoughtfully designed space. Owner operated, serving a frequently changing selection of low intervention and biodynamic wines from small producers. The food is seasonally driven and offers a selection of snacks, small plates and larger plates. This is a very warm, calm and welcoming space that brings a friendly and slick experience for guests.

THE JOB

We are looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager to lead this gorgeous low intervention wine bar and restaurant, there is lots of support in this role from the brilliant owners who are super hands on and room to grow into a GM position over time with their support. The perfect person is someone who loves guest interaction, training and developing the team and who has a keen interest in low-interventions wines and excellent hospitality. Ideal for someone keen to learn and grow in their role, a real self-starter, who is passionate about sharing their skills and knowledge with the team.

The owner will support your development and fund WSET/similar, team trips to excellent London restaurants and wine tastings. 

THE HOURS

This is a full time 45 hour per week role, open Weds – Sun, no late nights.
