WHO ARE THEY?

Neighbourhood wine bar and restaurant in a beautiful and thoughtfully designed space. Owner operated, serving a frequently changing selection of low intervention and biodynamic wines from small producers. The food is seasonally driven and offers a selection of snacks, small plates and larger plates. This is a very warm and welcoming space that brings a friendly and slick experience for guests.

THE JOB

We are looking for an ambitious manager to lead this wonderful newly opened wine bar, this is an excellent opportunity to bring lots of ownership to the business and really shape the future of this neighbourhood spot. The perfect person is someone who loves guest interaction, who has brilliant knowledge of low-interventions wines and loves to share that knowledge with the team and the guests. This is perfect for someone keen to learn and grow in their role, a real self-starter, and who loves to train and develop the team too.

The owner will support your development and fund WSET/similar, team trips to excellent London restaurants and wine tastings. 

THE HOURS

This is a full time 45 hour per week role, open Weds – Sun, no late nights.
