This is a gorgeous family run business, who renovate old barns and turn them into absolutely stunning wedding venues. They are known for their incredible events, with beaut cocktails, and gorge settings. But they also have outstanding menus on offer, mainly all cooked over fire in an Argentinian asada. They cook whole animals over fire, and use the most amazing produce. This company is expanding all the time, and they regularly open new venues all over the country. What we love about this company is the time and energy that they invest into their chefs, they want everyone to progress and feel valued. We love to see it!
We are looking for a Sous chef who will be based at the most incredible old barn in the Cotswolds. You would work alongside the head chef to deliver beautiful bespoke weddings, and feasting evenings. The right person would be super enthusiastic about food and good produce, love working over fire, or want to be taught. Be versatile in their style, and passionate about what they do. You would need to be based in the Cotswolds, so this is perfect for that chef wanting to relocate out of the city, to the most beautiful part of the country. They offer such nice WLB for a chef, with mainly day time shifts, even when weddings are on! You would ideally be able to drive as the venue is fairly remote.
