This super cool new space is set to be one of the most exciting openings of 2025 from one of the coolest, new and fast growing restaurant groups in London. They opened an incredible low intervention wine bar this year to a roaring success and this new concept is set to be no different. They will be transforming a large and impressive space in Newington Green into a fun and lively bar serving a diverse mix of low intervention wines and craft beers alongside incredible live music and events. 

This is such an exciting opportunity for a very charismatic GM or venue manager to lead the opening and the running of this brand new concept. If you are a lover of natural wine, craft beer and music, this is a very unique and special opportunity to tie all three passions together in your next career move. 

This is a 45 hour week role, with a mix of day and evening shifts, and no super late finishes.
