We are proud to be working with this iconic and people centred family run business. It is such an exciting time for them as they have newly revamped their restaurant marking an exciting new direction for 2025. Their new and mega talented Executive Chef writes a weekly changing seafood menu cooked on an open-fire grill. Sourcing incredible fresh seafood is at the heart of what they do, prioritising traceability, quality and a minimum time from sea to plate. Their new wine list is all about low intervention wines and with a particular focus on English wines.
We are looking for a strong General Manager who is experienced in running a busy restaurant of an excellent standard. Someone who is experienced in implementing and setting a brilliant standard of service as well as training and nurturing the team is ideal. We are looking for a strong and charismatic manager who will bring a warm welcome to guests as well as leading with a nurturing, supportive and progressive approach.
They are open 7 days a week and closed on Sunday evenings, so you'll work a mix of shifts and this is a 45 hour week role. Should you work overtime you are paid pro rata for every hour worked overtime.
