We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the operation of all outlets of this iconic luxury beach club in Greece. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an ambitious independent company, where you can be creative, entrepreneurial and proactive in developing the F&B side of the business. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in fast-paced, multi-faceted F&B operations, ideally with experience of working in a high-end hotel, resort or private members club.

You would spend 7 months of the year in Greece, and then be in head office over the winter in HO, this would be Mon-Fri 9-5. You would need to be fantastic with numbers, and budgeting, be a great teacher for your team, be warm, nurturing and have excellent knowledge of food health and safety. We think this is an exceptional role for the right F&B manager, who is wanting a big change, and can see themselves living in the summer sun for the majority of the year.
