This is a seriously iconic family-run beach club in Greece. It’s a members-only retreat for the coolest crowd, with incredible food from the best chefs, gorge cocktails, and the beach right on your toes, but without all the fuss that usually comes with high-end hotels. With so many moving parts, this is a huge operation and we are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager, with strong leadership skills, who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of the club. We just know that this is an outstanding role, meant for someone outstanding who is looking for a big change.

This is a full time role based in Greece during the summer months and in the Cotswolds in the winter. You would be autonomous in your role in Greece, working day times only, and back in the UK it would be a Mon-Fri 9-5 role. We are looking for someone who is operationally as strong as they come, is great with financials, and systems, and a fantastic leader. You must have been a GM for at least 5 years, and preferably have worked as a hotel, or members club GM also. A full driving licence is required also.
