One of London’s coolest, chicest and most credible restaurant groups is partnering with an equally chic, mini boutique hotel business, to launch what will undoubtably be one of the most talked about projects in 2025. The hotel is gearing up to open their newest site in June. The canal side venue will take a bit of East London, West, and will offer some of the most innovative and exciting food and drink to Westbourne Grove. There will be 300 rooms, an 70-80 cover restaurant, a separate bar, a terrace, and an in house bakery. The group is known for its stylish interiors, and gorgeous settings, this will be no different. There are big plans to follow, with more openings so keep your eyes peeled..
We are looking for a Head Chef who has lots of hotel experience and understands how such a multifaceted kitchen operates. You will be responsible for all the menus, so it’s a very creative role, but we also would need you to be strong on back of house, be confident with managing large teams, and mostly be prepared for busy services of hundreds of covers. The food will be modern European, and then the rest is up to you. The role is 48 hours per week, split into different shift patterns, there is also a bonus on top of the salary, and lots of exciting plans to follow. This project would be ideal for a strong Head Chef, used to working in a high volume site, to take the reigns at this inevitably busy & high profile opening.
