8-4 Mon-Fri except for 1-2 exceptions per week max. In the winter (when there are not weddings) then it is pretty much only Mon-Fri. It is never Sundays, so you will always have them off.
Brekkie and lunch every day, plus sooo many perks on top including mat/ pat packages

This is a gorgeous catering company, known for their incredible banquets, events, and just stunning food. We love the way they portray their company culture so nicely online and we are big fans of their lovely brand. They recently re-branded, encompassing their values within it. They are not a traditional, cutesy, floral, female feeling catering company, they make delicious food for chic and high profile clients.
We are looking for a Sous Chef who has held a sous position in either a catering company, or a restaurant for at least 2 years. You’ll be able to work autonomously, and run events in the HC absence. Be strong on all back office tasks, but most importantly have a huge passion for delicious food and cooking.
