We think this is the most exceptionally beautiful country pub. Perfect location in a valley in the Cotswolds, surrounded by the most gorgeous views. The interiors are traditional and old school, nothing polished here, the whole place just screams character. What we love about this place mostly is its incredible food, the head chef has been here for 10 years, and produces the most wonderful menu, seasonal, and produce led. Expect real ales, and a fantastic natural wine list. It doesn’t get any better! This business is gearing up for a massive summer, they will have a grill outside in their lovely garden, and so many other exciting plans to follow!

We are looking for an assistant manager who is ready to join and strengthen the already wonderful management team. You would work alongside the amazing GM and the rest of management to focus on FOH training. Wine training would be a big part of this role, training the team on service and the beauty of natural wine. The week is 44 hours, and you would work 1 double a week. There is an option to move into the flat above the pub, at a subsidised rate.
