This super chic wine bar, deli & shop serves irresistible bagels at lunch and a selection of seasonal sharing plates for dinner to their keen local following. They have a broad range of biodynamic wines and they work with some of the best suppliers. You will assist the Head Chef in running the kitchen at this gorgeous space, there is lots of scope for bringing your ideas and creativity into the menu for both their lunch and evening offering. This is a very intimate space and so you will work in a very small and tight knit team, everyone gets a bit stuck into everything so it's amazing if you have experience serving customers or if you are up for it. The owner is very established in the industry and the Head Chef, who we have known for a while and is a wonderful and nurturing leader.

You will be looking after the running of the day to day in the kitchen, ordering ordering and maintaining relationships with suppliers. This is a really special spot and you will assist in leading a small team through it’s natural progression over the coming years. They have huge plans for growth ahead and there is lots of opportunity to progress very quickly in this role. 

This is a full time 48 hour week role, they are closed on Mondays, open Tues-Thursday evening, Fri & Sat for lunch and dinner and Sunday for lunch so you will work a nice mix of shift from Tuesday - Sunday. There is also scope for this to be a 4 day a week role.
