This high profile new opening will be the largest restaurant for this group, who have opened a number of successful restaurants in London in recent years. They are looking for a new Head Chef to lead the team and to continue their reputation for outstanding food, cooked beautifully over fire and served in a relaxed but beautiful way. This business is looking for a Head Chef who is able to manage the high volume and fast paced nature of their restaurants, whilst dealing directly with guests and taking a grown up and mature approach to leading a team.
