One of the busiest spots in London is looking for a new GM to take the helm at their take away-only site. You would need to have experience in a senior management position either in a busy restaurant or street food concept before. You will be working alongside the owner and current GM (who will be opening a new site soon) to help grow the business next year and support the growing team. The current GM has been there for ages and the business is really stable and successful. It is full of life and fun and it is a product to be really proud of.

It is only open day times. You will have 1 admin shift per week and 4 service focused shifts. You will typically work 40-45 hours per week and the business is closed on Mondays (except for some occasions).
