This spot is well-known for working directly with their own farmers and the best local suppliers - seeking to forge the strongest connection between people, place and produce. The menu at this intimate spot is an ever-changing rotation of seasonality using the best of the best to create sustainable, bold and refined dishes.
With an already glowing reputation, this established restaurant is looking for a new leader FOH to run the business alongside the chef patron. Ideally, someone that can build on the excellent reputation and already high standards. You will be passionate and incredibly knowledgeable about food and wine with a keen eye for detail and constantly on the look-out to create moments to remember for each guest. Whilst accolades aren’t the primary focus here some experience of high-end or Michelin restaurants would be ideal. You will be a naturally warm and empathetic leader, love sharing your impressive knowledge and take a collaborative approach to coaching and managing the team.
You will be an organised and systematic leader, looking for ways to improve the current operation, effectively delegate management tasks as well as leading your team from the front. This restaurant has limited service hours so you will be expected to be present for a lot of them but there will also be dedicated admin time to set you up for success.
