We are so excited and honoured to be working on this very exciting new cafe & deli opening in spring 2025 in what is known as one of the UK’s most picturesque and postcard perfect towns in the heart of the Cotswolds. The wonderful and hands on owners are building a brand-new cafe & deli with an a fully kitted out kitchen, a big outdoor terrace and interiors by a super successful & renowned interior designer. This is set to be a very big opening, with lots of PR and the stunning location sets itself up for success as people really flock to this beautiful part of the world for a country get away.

We are looking for a strong Sous Chef, experienced in cooking seasonal menus as well as cakes & bakes using great local produce as well as running a busy kitchen and leading a small tight knit team. The owners are taking inspiration from some of London’s best modern European restaurants and cafes and really wants this to be a very special destination spot. They are set to open in April and can take on a Sous Chef in March, so that you can have plenty of time to train the team. We are looking for a lovely, progressive manager to lead this small team.

This is a full time role, 45 hours per week, and they will be open 7 days during the day time and some evenings during the summer.
