Service Delivery Manager | Full-time

TRACKS Care is an Aboriginal-owned NDIS provider based in Darwin.

We’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager who can run our day-to-day operations with confidence, lead our support worker team, and make sure every participant gets the care they’re entitled to. This role reports directly to the Managing Director.

The Role
  
You’ll be the operational backbone of TRACKS Care. Not a desk role. Not a purely administrative function. You’re the person who makes sure participants are supported, workers are rostered and looked after, services run as promised, and issues get resolved before they become problems.
  
You’ll take ownership of:

• Service delivery across daily personal activities, community access, household tasks, life skills development, transport, and support coordination
• Leading, rostering, and developing the support worker team
• Participant relationships — from intake and service agreements through to ongoing reviews and family communication
• Quality and compliance — NDIS Practice Standards, incident reporting, documentation, and safeguarding
• Operational performance — tracking billable hours, participant numbers, and utilisation, and keeping the MD across what’s happening on the ground

Who We're Looking For
  
You don’t need to tick every box. But you do need to bring:

• Solid experience in disability services (4+ years with at least 2 years in a leadership role) — you understand how the NDIS works in practice, not just in theory
• A proven track record of leading support workers and getting the best out of your team
• Genuine cultural competence — especially with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities
• The ability to manage competing priorities without losing sight of participant safety
• Strong communication skills across participants, families, workers, and management
• Accountability, integrity, and alignment with our values
• Solid confidence rostering within the SCHADS Award

Desirable but not essential:

• Tertiary qualification in disability, community services, social work, or a related field
• Experience with shift-based rostering in disability or community care
• Experience working in or with NT communities

Mandatory Requirements

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
• Current, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
• First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
• Legal right to work in Australia
