We're looking for one experienced 360 Recruiter to join our team across the NT and Queensland, and we're happy to wait for the right person.
 
Tracks Integrated Services is an Aboriginal-owned, female-led recruitment business, working across the NT and Queensland since 2018. You'll be based in Springwood, running a true 360 desk across both states. You'll win your own clients, source and place your own candidates, and build something that's yours.
 
What you'll get:

• $80,000 to $100,000 plus commission
• One work from home day per week

You'll bring proven 360 recruitment experience across the full recruitment lifecycle. You're commercially minded, take ownership of your desk, and thrive on winning new business and building lasting client relationships. Existing networks across the NT or Queensland are an advantage.
