What you'll be doing
Recruitment is hands-on and people-focused, and no two days are ever the same. In this role, you'll spend your time:
- Speaking with candidates and clients throughout the day
- Matching great people with great jobs across the Top End
- Supporting onboarding, checks, and compliance processes
- Following up, solving problems, and keeping things moving
- Working closely with a small team that genuinely supports each other
What's on offer - $70,000–$80,000 salary based on experience
