About the opportunity
TRACKS is recruiting on behalf of a well-established facilities services provider supporting schools across Brisbane. We are currently seeking experienced and hands-on Site Supervisors to oversee daily cleaning operations and site coordination within school environments.
This role will see you leading day-to-day cleaning activities, supporting teams on-site, coordinating subcontractors where required, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will play an important role in maintaining presentation, hygiene, and operational standards across busy school facilities.
Positions are available across two Brisbane school locations:
- Collingwood Park
- Thornlands
These are contract opportunities commencing ASAP for an initial few-month assignment, with strong potential for extension.

About the role As the Site Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across the school site while supporting a safe, organised, and high-performing work environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong communication skills, the ability to coordinate teams effectively, and a proactive approach to maintaining site standards. You will work closely with cleaners and subcontractors to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities - Oversee daily cleaning operations
- Allocate tasks across teams
- Maintain site presentation and hygiene standards
- Conduct routine site inspections
- Support safety and compliance requirements
- Train and support team members
- Coordinate subcontractors when required
- Manage site supplies and reporting
- Assist with hands-on cleaning duties
About you To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous cleaning or site supervision experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good organisational abilities
- A reliable and proactive work ethic
- The ability to work independently
- Confidence in fast-paced environments
Mandatory requirements - Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport (Occasional
travel between schools may be required) - Physical capability to undertake hands-on cleaning duties
