About the opportunity

TRACKS is recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded aeromedical and primary health care provider delivering essential services to remote, rural and regional communities across South Australia and the Northern Territory. This is a permanent position with our client, based in their Darwin office.
In this role, you'll provide confidential administrative and project management support to two senior leaders — the Executive General Manager, Contracts, Performance & Business Development, and the Head of Aviation Safety and Quality. No two days will look the same.
  
What you'll be doing

• Supporting project delivery, procurement and business case development for Executive and Board-level decisions
• Managing calendars, travel, meetings and briefings for two busy senior leaders
• Preparing polished presentations, reports and correspondence
• Coordinating audits, document control and reporting for the Aviation Safety and Quality System
• Running the 90-Day Planning process across Strategic and Business Plan portfolios
• Acting as a trusted liaison between executives and a wide range of stakeholders

What you'll bring

• Minimum 5 years' experience in executive or office management supporting senior leaders
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with proven discretion around confidential matters
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Solution-focused attitude and attention to detail

Nice to have (not essential)

• Diploma in Business Administration or Project Management
• Experience in a Project Management Office or with PM methodologies
• Procurement experience
• Familiarity with aviation terminology, regulations or quality management systems

A few things to know

The successful candidate will need to complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, criminal history and background checks, hold a current Australian Driver's Licence, and be eligible for an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card). Some travel may be required.
