Project Coordinator

TRACKS Integrated Services is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a dynamic team, ideally suited to adaptable, resilient individuals who are proactive and solutions focused.
 
Start Date: Immediate Start
Duration: Until 01/09/2026 with the possibility of an extension or permanency
Hours: 8 hours per day
Work Type: Hybrid: Typically, 2 days working from home
 
About the Role:
Coordinate high-volume field-based work orders, supporting the effective delivery of program activities through scheduling, dispatch, and ongoing management of tickets.
 
This role involves managing work allocation, updating systems, and ensuring prioritisation of tasks while liaising with contractors, supervisors, and client representatives. Requires strong attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage system-generated work orders
• Review scope of work and assign tasks to appropriate contractors 
• Monitor progress of work orders and provide daily updates
• Identify risks and opportunities, escalating where required
• Liaise with contractors, supervisors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate system updates and tracking of work progress

What We're Looking For: 

• Experience in a dispatch, coordination, or scheduling environment
• Experience with NBN or telecommunications field work environments
• Experience managing high-volume work orders
• Mid-level IT skills across standard systems
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
