About the Project
Tracks Integrated Services is working with a well-established contractor delivering earthworks, mining services, civil construction, and transport.
This short-term project involves earthworks and haul road maintenance.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Grader Operator with proven mining experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate graders to construct and maintain haul roads and work areas.
• Complete pre-start checks and basic maintenance.
• Work with supervisors and team members to meet project targets.
• Follow all site safety procedures.

What’s on Offer

• Casual FIFO role — project finishes mid-December 2025.
• Starts mid-September — FIFO from Darwin only.
• Charter flights, accommodation, and meals provided.
• Separate day and night shifts available (~12 hours each).
• Be part of a supportive, safety-focused team.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven mining experience (essential).
• Experience operating graders in mining or civil environments.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing, and site inductions.
