Safety Advisor – FIFO Opportunity

Tracks Integrated Services is working with a well-established contractor specialising in earthworks, mining services, civil construction, and transport.
This project involves earthworks and site support activities.
This is a casual FIFO role starting mid-September and finishing mid-December 2025.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Safety Advisor with a strong background in mining or civil construction to support on-site safety and compliance.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site safety activities and ensure compliance with company and legislative requirements.
• Conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and risk reviews.
• Lead daily pre-starts and toolbox meetings.
• Support incident investigations and reporting requirements.
• Work closely with supervisors and crews to maintain a safe work environment.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the site.

Shifts & Conditions

• Shifts: Separate day and night shifts available.
• Shift Length: ~12 hours per shift.
• Project Dates: Mid-September to mid-December 2025.
• FIFO Point: Darwin only.
• Charter Flights: Provided, 10kg baggage limit applies.
• Accommodation: Single-room, fully catered.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience as a Safety Advisor in mining or civil construction (essential).
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and site safety procedures.
• Certificate IV in WHS (highly regarded).
• Ability to conduct incident investigations and write reports.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing fitness-for-work checks.
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing.
• Completion of site inductions before mobilisation.
