Are you passionate about building intelligent business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365? Our client is looking for a Senior Consultant / Engineer to join our high-performing team and deliver transformative end-to-end solutions for our enterprise clients.

In this client-facing role, you’ll lead the discovery, design, and delivery of Power Platform and Dynamics CRM solutions that align with business needs and drive real outcomes. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, internal teams, and customers to implement scalable, efficient, and user-friendly platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver technical solutions across Power Platform and Dynamics CRM
• Engage with customers to understand business processes and gather requirements
• Build and deploy applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Implement and support Dynamics CRM modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service
• Contribute to the establishment of Power Platform Governance frameworks and Centres of Excellence
• Document solutions, contribute to project deliverables, and ensure high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate with Technical Consultants, Principal Consultants, and Squad Leaders

• 7+ years of IT industry experience
• Proven experience delivering Power Platform and Dynamics CRM solutions
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Experience with Dynamics CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)
• Ability to guide customers on governance practices and citizen developer enablement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
• Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment
