Our client is on the hunt for a Senior Consultant / Engineer with deep technical expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio to lead the design, development, and delivery of transformative solutions for our customers.

As a Senior Consultant / Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions - from discovery and technical design through to implementation and stakeholder engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to build impactful, scalable solutions that leverage the latest in Microsoft AI tools.

What You’ll Do: 

• Design and deliver Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions for external clients
• Build and manage bots, topics, generative answers, variables, and analytics within Copilot Studio
• Develop automation workflows using Power Automate and AI Builder
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Ensure high-quality delivery that aligns with project objectives
• Collaborate with Technical Consultants, Principal Consultants, and Squad Leaders

• 7+ years of experience in the IT industry
• Hands-on expertise with Power Platform, with a strong focus on Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and AI Builder
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, including bots/agents, topics, actions, variables, and analytics
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Dataverse, and AI Builder
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team
• Comfortable in agile, fast-paced environments

• Experience with Azure AI development, including Azure AI Foundry and Python
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts such as LLMs, GPT, RAG, and prompt engineering
