About the Role:

We're seeking skilled Java Engineers at various experience levels (Mid-level, Senior, and Lead) to join an exciting new team focused on workflow automation technology. This role involves creating cutting-edge solutions that enhance digital service delivery and streamline operational processes within the financial technology sector. You'll help develop sophisticated systems that transform customer-facing interactions while optimizing backend workflows.

Office Policy: Hybrid working model (3 days in office required)

Role Requirements & Tech Stack:

Essential Skills (Mid-Level):

• Experience with Java-based applications in cloud environments
• Proficiency with SpringBoot, SQL, and Docker
• Experience developing RESTful APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills

Essential Skills (Senior Level):

• 4+ years of practical experience with core Java development
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles
• Experience with SpringBoot, SQL, and cloud technologies
• Familiarity with SDLC tools (Bamboo, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence)
• Experience with containerization technologies
• Expertise in RESTful API development

Essential Skills (Principal/Lead Level):

• 7+ years of practical technical experience
• Leadership capabilities and ability to upskill junior engineers
• Experience reviewing and refactoring existing codebases
• Deep knowledge of SOLID principles and functional programming
• Advanced experience with SpringBoot, SQL, cloud platforms, and containerization
• Expert-level RESTful API design and implementation

Highly Regarded Skills:

• Experience with any major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Financial services or banking domain knowledge
• Experience with workflow automation systems
• Microservices architecture expertise
• DevOps practices and CI/CD implementation
