Client Account Manager – Radiology & Healthcare Software
 
Location: Melbourne, Australia
Mulgrave Location: 3 days in the office minimum
Salary: $ 100,000 - $ 125,000 + Super + Sales Incentive
Travel (Minimal): Occasional travel may be required, with the possibility of an annual trip to New Zealand to meet key clients. Travel is flexible and can be planned around personal schedules.
 
About the Role
 
Our client is an established player in the Radiology landscape with a good reputation and long-standing customers. Opportunity exists for a highly motivated candidate with a mandatory background in radiology, healthcare, or software sales to join their team.
 
This role is critical to supporting mid- and small-tier customers across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring strong client relationships and seamless account management. It is a unique opportunity to step into a newly created position aimed at enhancing customer experience and engagement.
 
This is not a hard sales role; rather, we are looking for a professional with strong commercial acumen who can manage relationships, understand customer needs, and facilitate account growth in a consultative manner
 
Key Responsibilities
 

• Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with radiology practice owners, practice managers, and operations managers.
• Service Account Meetings: Attend and facilitate discussions, ensuring that customer needs are met and concerns addressed.
• Technical & Commercial Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including project management, applications, product, and integrations teams, to resolve customer issues and coordinate solutions.
• Proposal & Document Preparation: Draft tight and precise proposals and integration documents using existing templates.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to manage resourcing, updates, and project status.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Mandatory experience in radiology, healthcare, or software sales.
• Strong background in account management or customer-facing roles, with an ability to engage with healthcare professionals.
• Experience in radiology software, healthcare software, or working within a radiology practice is mandatory.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly via email and Teams
• A professional, customer-focused demeanour that aligns with the conservative and highly professional nature of the healthcare industry.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach within a team.
