A highly regarded client of ours, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead to take full ownership of their Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment. This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for platform development, integration, and optimisation. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Oversee All Development Activities – Provide strategic technical leadership across all Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives.
• Direct Development Teams & Vendors – Manage and coordinate internal development teams and external consultants, ensuring seamless execution.
•  Full Ownership of Project Execution – Oversee teams, third-party suppliers, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
•  Risk & Issue Management – Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Strong Delivery Focus – Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

About You:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, driving large-scale Salesforce Marketing Cloud transformations.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Content Builder, and platform customisation.
•  Deep knowledge of Salesforce integration, data mapping, API integrations, and automation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system security, and governance best practices.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, external vendors, and complex project roadmaps.
•  Relevant Salesforce Certifications (Marketing Cloud, Developer, Administrator) highly regarded.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid working environment, balancing on-site leadership with remote team management.
